ESPORTIVE MENU

First dish:

Raw salad or brown rice or wheat bread cooked with vegetables or vegetable soup with seaweed or vegetable soup.

Second dish:

Baked fish with patatoes or brown rice stew with lenfits and chickpeas or soy burguer or soy noodies with pesto.

Desert:

Fruit of the season or yougurt defatted or protein pancake (with chocalate sweelened with slevia) or protein pudding.

This menu includes bread and one drink.

Here we have one of our menus:

First dish:

Vees steps with spinacs or pasta with tomato and mushrooms or green salad or rice with peas or Chickpeas with spinachs.

Second dish:

Mustard chicken with rice or baked salmon or cod with potatoes or rabbit lemon or grilled hake or grilled chicken.

Desert:

Fruit of the sesoon or yougurt defatted.

This menu includes bread and one drink.

SO FRESH

Good afternoon to everybody.
We are "So Fresh".
We want to create a new concept of fast food restaurant specialised in diets and healthy ingredients.
Nowadays people do not have time to cook at home because in the majority of the cases man and woman work outside during all day and it is easy to fall in the temptation of eating anything without taking care of our health. On the other hand as the rhtyme of our lifes is so quick that our health at the end become weak and sometimes develops in most of the common deseases as colesterol, high arterial pression, allergies, obesity, diabetes... For that reason we thought in offering a complete, varied and specialised menus created by our nutricionist looking after the different diet problems people can have at a reasonable price and having our restaurant to eat quickly as well.
