ESPORTIVE MENU

First dish:

Raw salad or brown rice or wheat bread cooked with vegetables or vegetable soup with seaweed or vegetable soup.

Second dish:

Baked fish with patatoes or brown rice stew with lenfits and chickpeas or soy burguer or soy noodies with pesto.

Desert:

Fruit of the season or yougurt defatted or protein pancake (with chocalate sweelened with slevia) or protein pudding.

This menu includes bread and one drink.
